As you can see, any argument in defense of drunkenness can be refuted, but the drinker must do it himself and eventually agree that he has been cheating himself and others all along.

- You must exercise. Were you sitting with a beer and cheering for the football team? Now it's better to drive the ball alone. And if you don't have the health for active sport anymore, a little jogging can never hurt.
- Find a hobby. After you give up alcohol life seems boring so you need to find a way to fix it. Now that you don't have to buy alcohol, the money can be spent on a hobby, whether it's collecting, wood carving, or fishing. A woman who has been drinking can find relaxation in yoga or massage sessions. The main thing is to meet like-minded people who support a healthy lifestyle.
- You need to get rid of bad habits. An organism that suffers from the effects of alcohol for years adopts other bad habits on its own account: smoking, eating fast food, spending nights at the computer. The rejection of at least half of them will give energy and strength to continue.
